Job Description

Account Executive - Creative Services£25K-£27K DOE & BenefitsMy client is a well established and reputable integrated agency, delivering a blend of commercial and creative work for clients including a number of globally recognised brands such as; Medtronice, EasyJet, Taylor Wimpey and Travelex. They are looking foran Account Executive to deliver exceptional service levels through the management of relations with suppliers and sales teams members to ensure speedy responses to tender opportunities and to assist in the supply of print related products to allocated customeraccounts as required.PURPOSE OF ROLEYou will report to the Account Director and assist across developing briefs and working internally to create exceptional work on time and within budget. You will work alongside different teams and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.You must be highly organised and ready to hit the ground running. You should be a good communicator who has experience of being client-facing, but who is also capable of communicating effectively and efficiently with clients, a busy management team andother internal colleagues and stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have brand development and 360 integrated communications experience and be comfortable running both projects and accounts simultaneously.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESYou will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and creating project briefs, scoping projects (budgets/costings, timelines, etc.), and managing the running of projects, driving strategy and creative teams
  • Making sense of client feedback and finding the best way of passing this on to the team
  • Booking resource
  • Working closely with the client account lead in order to ensure delivery of quality work, on time and on budget
KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • 2+ years experience in a creative agency, preferably in a full-service agency
  • Project management or similar showing ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills
  • Strong Excel / Word / MS 365 skills for reporting, scheduling, and briefing
  • Inclusive process and collaborative skills, involving the right people at the right time to get the job done in the best way possible
  • Confidence, tact, and a persuasive manner both externally and internally when working with colleagues, stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to work well under pressure without losing focus on attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
  • Ensure billing and admin is to process and kept updated at all times
  • A true team-player and collaborator who is eager to provide insight and receive feedback
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Account Director
  • The candidate must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
