Job Description

Weekend Supervisor/Team Leader,Whetstone LE8We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Supervisor/Team Leaderon temp to perm basis, WhetstoneLE8.Package

  • £13.50 p/h
  • Friday to Monday06:00 am to 16:00 pm
  • Opportunity for permanent job
  • Weekly pay
Weekend Supervisor/Team Leader Skills:
  • Previous experience of managing teams up to 15 staff
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm
  • Demonstrate a problem solving mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Time management
  • Ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal
  • Counterbalance forklift license, but its not essential
  • Experience ecommerce picking/packing operations
  • Experience with HR/people side
Weekend Supervisor/Team Leader Responsibilities:
  • Play an active role on the shop floor with the team
  • Support and lead your team to drive outputs (quantity, quality) to plan
  • Monitor output per hour, meet or exceed targets for the contract
  • Ensure labour is effectively utilised at all times
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is up to date
  • Follow all relevant procedures set out
