DC Personnel are recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our client in Whetstone Magna area of Leicester, LE8Permanent positionPay:£23,500/annumHours:37.5 hours per weekMonday to Friday8:30am – 16:30pm including 30 minute lunch break(initial training will be between hours of 9am-5pm)Role:Reporting to the Sales& Customer Service ManagerManage incoming calls/emails and responding accordingly in timely and professional mannerIdentify customer needs – striving to meet themResolve customer concerns/complaints promptlyProcess orders on internal ERP systemProduce quotes using internal ERP systemPacking and posting small items for customer ordersIdeal candidate:Good Literacy and Numeracy skills - GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Math’s preferredExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Positive attitudeGreat team-working skillsExperience in use of Excel, Word and Outlook would be beneficialPrevious experience in Customer Service or similar role ideal, but not essentialFull UK driving license preferable due to location restrictions (site not on bus route)To apply:If you feel you have the desired skills and attributes listed above we’d love to hear from you!
