Job Role: Assembly Team LeaderLocation: Leicester (LE8)Pay: Negotiable - DOEWorking Hours: 08:00am - 4:30pm Mon to Thu, 08:00am to 4:00pm on Fri.Job Type: Full Time/PermanentThe Role:An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assembly Team Leader for a manufacturing company based in Leicester.Duties & Responsibilities:

Play an active role on the shop floor with the team.
Support and lead your team to drive outputs (quantity, quality) to plan.
Monitor output per hour, meet or exceed output targets for the contract.
Ensure labour is effectively utilised at all times (including minimising overtime).
Ensure all relevant paperwork is up to date (as required)
Follow all relevant procedures set out.

The Candidate

Previous experience within the POS industry - Essential
Attention to detail.
Enthusiasm. The solutions will not always present themselves, successful candidate will have to demonstrate a problem-solving mentality
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude
Time management
Ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal.
Confidence working with differing personalities.
Flexible as overtime will be available and occasionally shifts.
