Teamwork Partnership Ltd is currently recruiting for CNC programmer for one of their clients in Leicester.The successful candidate must be Proficient in Alphacam and V Carve(advantageous to have AutoCAD as well)Responsibilities:- Develop and write CNC programs for machining operations based on engineering drawings and specifications- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to program instructions- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions- Use hand tools and measuring instruments to inspect and verify finished parts- Assemble components and perform quality checks to ensure proper fit and function- Select appropriate tooling and materials for each job- Handle materials safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols- Weld or perform other necessary operations to complete parts as required- Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize manufacturing processes- Utilize CAD software, such as SolidWorks, to create or modify part designs as neededExperience:- Previous experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes- Proficiency in CAD software,- Familiarity with tooling selection and materials handling procedures- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailThis is Permanent role working Monday till Friday8am till 5pm with a 4pm finish on a FridayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to £32,000.00 per year
