Job Description

Team Leader - Leicester - £23k to £25k - Career progression, supportive management team and friendly environmentChase Recruitment is supporting a small bespoke care provider based in Blaby, Leicester who focus on high quality residential support for elderly and dementia residents.They are looking for a Team Leader who is ready to take on an exciting challenge and is looking for future career progressionThis is a very supportive employer who values the hard work and commitment of their staff and will support them in becoming the best they can be. They will invest in making you the best team leader careAs a Team Leader, your main duties include:-

  • Support with the scheduling/rostering of rotas
  • Supporting the manager with Care planning
  • Managing the floor on a day-to-day basis
  • Staff and Service User compliance checks
  • Sharing with the on call
  • Delivering care
  • Attending meetings and being a supportive member of the team

The ideal team leader care candidate will have:-
  • 12 months or more experience in a team leader care role
  • 2 years experience within the Care Sector (ideally with dementia and the elderly)
  • The ability to build positive relationships with client and colleagues
  • Good judgement and integrity
  • Can take the initiative
