This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service personnel with excellent project management and industry knowledge skill who is looking for their next career move. Our Client are a fast paced organisation and we are looking for someone thathas worked in a similar type of role. We specialise in the supply of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry.The role:· Ensure the service level is kept above expectations.· Face to face client meetings.· Overall management of the account. One point of contact· Produce internal paperwork to brief teams.· Produce CPA’s for more complex projects.· Working closely with internal departments· Problem solving and working well with teams to ensure the delivery of goods to meet the customers’ requirements.· Maximise sales opportunities.As a CSM/Project Manager you will possess:· A passion for delivering best in class customer service.· Previous experience within the POS industry - This is essential.· Knowledge of retailer schedules and guidelines an advantage· Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.· Be very detail driven.· Enthusiasm. The solutions will not always present themselves; successful candidate will have to demonstrate a problem-solving mentality.· Strong communication skills· A positive attitude· Time management skills· Ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal.· Comfortable working in Excel· Strong commercial understanding· Be able to work under pressure. The POS industry is extremely fast paced.Hours of work - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
