Job Description

.Would you like to join one of the most exciting and forward-thinking logistic companies We at GXO are looking for a warehouse operative to join ourteamatSywell - Northampton.As a warehouse operative you will be workingon a permanent, full-time basis -working on 12 hours shifts, 4-on-4-off, (made up of 2 days and 2 nights) between the hours of 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. We are also able to offer fixed night shifts. This is not youraverage warehouse role.Youll be working with power tools and other MHE, individually and as part of a close team, in a fast pacedenvironment.Pay, benefits and more:

Basic rate of pay £13per hour
Weekly pay based on 40.25 hours per week - basic weekly pay £523.25 per week, £27,209 basic per year
Overtime paid at £16.25per hour, Monday to Friday and Saturday day
Overtime paid at £21.71per hour, for Saturday night, Sunday day and Sunday night
A weekly bonus of up to £30, based on attendance, productivity and performance

Ensure pallets are prepared in accordance to customer specifications.
Inspect pallets using semi-automated equipment, or manually.
Use reciprocating saw and air powered nail gun to repair pallets. (Full training provided)
Operate counterbalance FLT to load and unload vehicles. (Training provided after probation period).

What you need to succeed at GXO

Physically fit (for this role).
Forklit Licence or experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Strong work ethic and a can-do quality.
A desire to learn and develop new skills.
