What youll be doing As the Facilities Assistant, youll assist with the day to day operation, cleanliness and presentation of the National Trust’s buildings and outdoor spaces.You will turn a practical hand to general maintenance work, ensuring all our facilities are keptin good working order.Helping and communicating with other teams on a day to day basis.Regular janitorial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, litter picking together with porterage will form a core part of your role, both inside and outdoors, ensuring our health and safety compliancemonitoring is recorded accordingly.You’ll ensure the highest standards of customer service across the area by always implementing a ‘customer comes first’ attitude.Please also read the full role profile attached to this advert.
