Job Description

Training & Communications CoordinatorMy Client is one of the leading awarding bodies for land-based industries in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Developing quality training courses and nationally recognised qualifications that are delivered through a national network of training ProviderPartners, they are on the hunt for a Training and Communications Coordinator.Role Details

  • Responsible for leading communications with instructors, through account management, marketingactivities and general instructor contact. This includes post assignment of new instructors. They willwork in collaboration with the rest of team assisting withTechnical Audit Visit and Re-Certificationtasks.
  • Assist in the processing of annual membership of Instructors, Customised Provision Instructors andAssessors. Assist members of team to achieve KPIs through support.
Role Responsibilities
  • Ensure all databases are updated with allrelevant Instructor/Assessor details.
  • Customer details are validated and up to date
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to lookat how and when we recruit new instructorsthrough online media sources
  • Manage correspondence from
  • Making sure all records are up to date and accurate.
  • Support the IN Team with Instructor andAssessor CPD, Re-certification, InstructionalTechniques and recruitmentevents
  • Deliver a quality assured and regularly standardisedInstructor network.
  • Assist the IN Coordinators in raising invoicesfor instructor and assessor activities
  • Conduct telephone account managementwith each of the instructors/assessors
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of alldata relating to the role in accordance withIS27001 and the terms of employment.

Role:Full time, Permanent2 days a week in head office, rest of the week working from homeSalary: £23,750 paWorking hours generally are 8.30-5 with half hour lunch or 9.5.30 with 1 hour for lunch. Flexibility availableBenefits:
