We work with businesses and other stakeholdersto create innovative solutions to skills challenges.Now, as we go through an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Qualification Developer (Training & Qualification Awarding Organisation) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.The Benefits- Salary of up to £38,000 per annum- 25 days’ annual leave which increases with length of service- Hybrid working options: up to three days per week working from home (for an exceptional candidate, we will consider one day a month working from the office)- Defined contributory pension scheme or pension auto-enrolment scheme- Employee assistant scheme (health assured)- Perkbox - employee benefits and wellbeing platform giving access to over 200 exclusive perks and discounts- Medical cash plans- Enhanced maternity and adoption pay- Rewards for length of service- Health and wellbeing events and initiatives- Free voluntary day- Free parking- Free drinksThis is a brilliant opportunity for an individual with experience in all stages of qualification development within an awarding organisation to join our innovative team.Were one of the top awarding bodies for land-based industries in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland, and with your experience and skill set, we can continue to provide exceptional EPAs to apprenticeship courses.So, if you’re collaborative, practical and want to join one of the UK’s leading workforce charities, then apply today and see where your career can take you!The RoleAs a Qualification Developer (Training & Qualification Awarding Organisation), you will design, develop and evaluate our educational products.Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, you will conduct research and planning to inform product development, analysing inquiries, issues, risks, trends, recommendations and gaps in existing qualifications.Your fit-for-purpose products will comply with expectations and schedules and you’ll keep stakeholders informed at every stage of progress.Additionally, you will:- Create a comprehensive e-learning course storyboard- Launch products in accordance with Project Plans- Support key stakeholdersAbout YouTo be considered as a Qualification Developer (Training & Qualification Awarding Organisation), you will need:- Experience at all stages of qualification development within an awarding organisation- Experience of working in a secondary and/or further education setting- Experience of managing external sub-contractors- Experience of co-ordinating multi-stakeholder projects- Experience of operating quality systems and processes- Knowledge of the UK qualification frameworks (RQF, SCQF, etc.)- Knowledge of UK qualification regulations (Ofqual, QiW, SQA, etc.)- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office) applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.- A full, valid driving licence (due to our location)Qualification design, assessment design, technical development and resource development experience can be considered.The closing date for this vacancy is 19th January 2024.
