Our client is a successful and reputable Trade Association group who offers various accredited memberships to both individuals and larger businesses across the country. Due to team expansion, they are looking to acquire the services of a Senior MembershipsOfficer to join the team on a full-time basis and work one day a week from home. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Membership Body and be part of a progressive team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in growing & retainingmemberships and managing a CRM.Please note: Due to location, a driving license and own transport is essential for this role. There is free parking on site.Main Responsibilities* To manage the membership department including the development and implementation of new procedures.* Seek and recruit potential new markets to increase the membership base.* Develop and implement the Associations membership strategy and ensure that its delivered in a coherent manner.* Offer advice and assistance to Members when required.* Work closely with direct report/s to ensure they are working to set objectives ensuring that systems are in place through regular assessments and evaluation of their performance.* Co-ordinate and administer the membership renewal and resignation process.* Review and report on whether member categories reflect members needs.* Provide regular reports on membership statistics for team and board meetings* Contribute to the Associations quarterly journal Landscape News by providing articles/updates on member benefits.Key skills & experience* Previous experience in a Membership organisation.* Demonstratable experience in successfully using a CRM to optimise retention and growth.* Ability to work off your own initiative.* Customer-centric mentality.* Excellent writing & communication skills.Additional information:* Working Hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday (37.5 hours) 1-hour lunch break, 1 day a week working from home.If you would like to apply for this opportunity, please submit an up-to-date CV including details about your current or most recent salary and your availability/notice period.
