Job Description

A client based in Stoneleigh Park is recruiting for an Administrator who has excellent organisation skills along with a clear and confident telephone manner. This role offers hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, liaising directly with the executives and ensuring that they have a positive event experience.Job Specification:

  • Produce and update all agendas to a high standard
  • Regularly communicating to obtain bios, accommodation requirements and dietary requirements
  • Send material out to the client so they are fully briefed before an event
  • Update the wider team with any changed to the agenda
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and maintain the system
  • Printing materials
  • General administration duties to assist the team
Person Specification:
  • Prior Administration experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • To actively approach all aspects of work in a positive, productive, and professional manner
  • Highly proficient in IT and InDesign experience is desired but not essential
