We work with businesses and other stakeholdersto create innovative solutions to skills challenges.Now, were looking for an Instructor Co-ordinator to join our team in Stoneleigh Park, near Coventry.This is an exciting opportunity for a quality systems professional with experience gained in customer services and of managing external sub-contractors to join our leading company.Your expertise and enthusiasm will be vital in helping to ensure our instructors and assessors are supported and provide optimal courses and service to our students, furthering our culture of success.So, if you want to have a real impact on our organisation whilst expanding your skill set and developing your career, we want to hear from you today!As an Instructor Co-ordinator, you will organise all quality assurance (QA) activities to support our new and existing networks of instructors and assessors.Supporting recruitment drives, you will ensure the networks are adequate for the needs of the business and instructors and assessors are trained to the required skills levels.Additionally, you will oversee the processing of annual membership of instructors, customised provision instructors and assessors.To be considered as an Instructor Co-ordinator, you will need:- Experience of operating to quality systems and processes- Experience of working in a customer service environment- Experience of managing external sub-contractors- An understanding of QA processes- Excellent organisational skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in IT, including MS Office skills- A full, valid driving licenceAn understanding of the Technical Award products would be beneficial to your application, as would an understanding of Quartz.
