In this key role, you will effectively process financial transactions and raise sales invoices, ensuring that the correct records are produced for Audit. Providing excellent support to the team, you will assist with the production of management reports.You will also take responsibility for the accurate management of the accounts inbox, dealing with customer and supplier enquiries effectively and providing outstanding customer service.Additionally, you will:- Raise credit notes for customers- Act as Quality Representative for the departmentAbout YouTo be considered as a Finance Administrator, you will need: - Experience of financial operations and working to deadlines- Experience of working in a customer service environment- Experience of operating to quality systems and processes- The ability to analyse data and produce validated and clear reports - To be able to implement effective credit control procedures- A good understanding of financial systems and processing of transactions- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - GCSE Maths and English at A* - C (or equivalent)Ideally, you will have an understanding of utilising software such as SAGE and Quartz online. An understanding of VAT rules, as well as, month-end and year-end financial processes would be beneficial.
