Who were looking for:Were looking for an experienced and talented Energy Sales Consultant to join our clients busy energy contract team. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow the business by managing a portfolio of existing commercial fixed import, export and flexibleenergy contracts while actively securing new customers, selling additional services to existing customers and cross selling to other departments.You must have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service, as well as achieving individual and team targets. You will support the Head of Contract Sales in developing and maintaining effective sales strategies and coach less experienced colleagueswith managing their pipelines and workloads.What youll get to do:* Tender and present offers to commercial fixed import, export and flexible customers* Proactively secure new opportunities to grow the business* Support the Head of Contract Sales to develop effective and successful sales strategies* Identify cross-selling opportunities for other areas of the business.* Collaborate with team administrators to achieve and maintain an efficient and effective process* Oversee the end to end sales process for commercial energy suppliesWhat youll need to succeed:* Proven and successful experience of leading and coaching a sales team to success* Extensive experience of commercial fixed import, export and flexible supplies and contracts* Experience of developing and implementing an effective sales process* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences* Proven record of establishing effective working relationships* Good judgement skills - be able to identify issues/opportunities and allocate time/resource accordingly* Strong commercial acumenWhat you will get:A salary oc£35,000 depending on experience plus commission, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits including pension, group life assurance (3 times salary), NFU membership and more. You will be based at their office in StoneleighPark, Warwickshire, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We support work-life balance and operate a hybrid working policy with a mixture of home and office working available, and access to mental health support.Situated at the National Agriculture Exhibition Centre in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, thisrecently refurbished office provides a perfect setting to work from.
