We provide advice and practical support to businesses, with a special focus on agriculture and horticulture.Position: Energy Engineer and ConsultantsLocation: Stoneleigh Park, KenilworthJob type: Full Time, PermanentHours: 37 hours per weekSalary: Dependent on experienceBenefits: In return you will receive a competitive salary, dependent upon experience, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits.About the role:We are seeking professionally qualified and experienced Energy Engineers and Consultants in at least two posts at intermediate and high level, to join our busy team delivering a variety of energy related projects, from electric and heat generation to fuel sustainability and compliance. Our client base is predominantly farming and agricultural in nature, and experience in this area alongside energy industry experience is highly desirable.Role and responsibilities, commensurate with experience, will include;Undertaking renewable energy plant inspections, audits and reportingPreparing technical & non-technical reportsUndertaking technical due diligence, such as heat load calculations, energy use estimations and project costingsData analysis and interpretationIdentifying and developing new sales opportunities, from existing clients and prospects.Appropriate management responsibility and oversight at the relevant level.About you:Familiarity with energy efficiency principals or carbon reductionExposure to sustainability compliance methodologies such as ESOS, CCA and SECRExposure to UK energy generation incentive schemes such as RHI, ROC and FITExperience of assessing the condition and efficiency of building services, industrial processes and other relevant energy consuming activitiesA degree level qualification in a relevant STEM subject, with experience of applying technical knowhow in a commercial settingExperience of managing people or teams working on common projectsAbility/experience of managing multi-faceted projectsAdaptable with strong proven problem-solving abilities.Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, analyse and present ideas in a concise, effective manner to the intended audienceYou may have experience of the following: Energy Engineer, Energy Consultant, Energy Engineering Consultant, Sustainability Engineer, Utilities Engineer, Utilities Engineering Consultant, Energy Engineering, Power Generation, etc.Ref: 95257
