We work with businesses and other stakeholdersto create innovative solutions to skills challenges.Now, as we go through an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a Careers Support Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. The Role As a Careers Support Co-ordinator, you will support the implementation of our Careers Strategy. Acting as the first point of contact for careers enquiries, you will ensure that all online resources are relevant and up to date. Alongside the Careers Lead, youll develop new resources and seek opportunities to promote land-based careers to a diverse audience. Youll also deliver engaging written content to be featured on our careers site. Organising and attending promotional events, youll build collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders and support our position as a source of careers expertise. About YouTo be considered for the role ofCareers Support Co-ordinator, you will need: - Familiarity with the sector - The ability to develop strong working relationships- Strong research and organisational skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehiclePlease note due to the location of our offices and the need to travel to careers events, you will require access to your own vehicle.
