Job Description

Apprenticeship Assessment CoordinatorMy Client, one of the leading awarding bodies for land-based industries in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland.Experts and experienced, they develop quality training courses and nationally recognised qualifications that are delivered through a national network of training Provider Partners and they are on the hunt for an Apprenticeship Assessment Coordinator to jointheir Team.Role Details

  • To provide project co-ordination and administrative support for the End Point Assessment Organisation.
  • Pro-actively working with the Administration Manager, Head of Department, Product Managers, Coordinator and Administrators to build an effective and efficient EPA service for training providers andemployers to use.
Role Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with training providers deliveringthe new apprenticeship standards.
  • Excellent workingrelationships with training providers
  • Excellent working relationships with trainingproviders
  • Manage learner records and respond to queries fromlearners/providers/employers
  • Queries tracked and responded withinservice level
  • Check gateway evidence and confirm eligibility forEPA in Administrators absence
  • All learners proceeding to EPA have metthe apprenticeship standard requirements
  • Schedule EPA assessments with candidates,employers and training providers using ACE360
  • Registering providers,Contracting providers, Registering assessors
  • Checking gateway requirements
  • Schedule EPAs for assessments
  • Provide administration duties for the department as andwhen required
  • General administration duties

  • Understanding of Apprenticeship standards

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skillsespecially Wordand Excel

Role:This is a Full-Time permanent roleSalary:£24,000 paWorking hours generally are 8.30-5 with half hour lunch or 9.5.30 with 1 hour for lunch. Flexibility availableBenefits:
