Project Coordinator - Housing£32,926.58 per annum Northallerton, North Yorkshire Permanent Full Time - 37 hrs / week Interviews will be held on Friday 17th NovemberDo you have experience in Project Coordinator or similar positionDo you have an interest and / or knowledge of Social HousingAn exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Coordinator to join our client’s team to assist the Construction Manager in the management and delivery of key projects.The role On a day to daybasis you will co-ordinate a project team of external specialists and contractors to successfully deliver projects. You will be working with a variety of external stakeholders including residents and other key internal customers to ascertaintheir service needs and will co-ordinate programme delivery to ensure that their needs are met.Managing a programme of projects to brief and set deadlines, you will be responsible for ensuring that delivery is cost effective, to the highest standards and that the Group’s policies, procedures and objectives for development are fully achieved.Additionally, you will assist the Construction Manager on schemes and ensure they meet the scheme design and standards required by the relevant funding body eg. Homes England, Health etc.About you Their ideal candidate will have Project Management experience along with:

Excellent organisational skills
The ability to inspire others by showing commitment and enthusiasm
Knowledge of Housing Management Systems, preferably QL
Knowledge of HE’s (Homes England) Information Management System (IMS)
A Project Management qualification or be studying towards one
A full driving licence
