Job Description

Empty Homes Project Coordinator NorthallertonFull time, permanent£27,485.73 per annum Interviews 6th December 2023 Do you have experience in Project Coordinator or similar positionDo you have an interest and / or knowledge of Social Housing alongside a passion for being part of a great customer experienceIf this sounds like you, then you could be the Project Coordinator they are looking for to be part of their Empty Homes team. The Empty Homes team are responsible for the refurbishment of their properties to deliver high quality homes that their customerscan be proud of.The roleOn a day to day basis you will project manage multiple property refurbishments working alongside a Site Manager to ensure efficient deployment of our multi-skilled colleagues, contractor liaison, supply management and ensuring compliance checks.You will use utilise key planning software to provide proactive project management, including planning order of works, assigning tasks, keeping project documentation up to date and co-ordinating with site managers and onsite trades colleagues to keep projectson track. Compliance checks are an essential part of this role as is stakeholder communication.About youTheir ideal candidate will have Project Management experience along with:

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and the skills to produce clear and concise reports, procedural guides etc
  • Ability to plan and organise resources to meet targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills & effective communication skills
  • Experience working in the housing repair/maintenance sector
  • Able to self-motivate by showing commitment, energy and enthusiasm
