Contact Centre Advisor£23,960.89 per annumNorthallerton, North Yorkshire (with some home working)37 hours over 5 days a week (flexible approach)Do you care passionately about providing excellent customer serviceWe have an exciting new opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor to join us to provide information to our customers through our multi-channel support system.At Broadacres we rely on our people to make the biggest impact on our communities. If you enjoy variety and working with customers to ensure they receive a great customer experience, then youre right for us!We are looking for a positive and proactive team player to help our customers with queries relating to repairs, rent enquiries, ASB complaints and sales to name a few. As you will be the first point of contact for our customers you will be responsible forproviding a friendly and professional service to everyone that you speak to.What do you need to have Experience of working within a Customer Service or Call Centre environment Good IT skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Good organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written) plus a good telephone manner. Ability to listen and deal sympathetically with customers who may be distressed, agitated, confused, irate and those with special needs.What we can offer in return: A competitive salary and annual leave entitlement Extra day of annual leave for birthdays totalling 32 (inc. bank holidays) pro rata.
