As you will be the first point of contact for our customers you will be responsible forproviding a friendly and professional service to everyone that you speak to.What do you need to have Experience of working within a Customer Service or Call Centre environment Good IT skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Good organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written) plus a good telephone manner. Ability to listen and deal sympathetically with customers who may be distressed, agitated, confused, irate and those with special needs.What we can offer in return: A competitive salary and annual leave entitlement Extra day of annual leave for birthdays totalling 32 (inc. bank holidays) pro rata.
