National PlannerLocation: Leicester, LE7Salary: up to £24,000 per annum DOEHours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2pmPermanent VacancyDo you have previous experience planning and scheduling within the insulation or construction industry Are you an effective communicator Do you thrive in fast paced working environmentsFlowers Associates are currently working exclusively with a National Energy company, who due to expansion are seeking two experienced National Planners to join their supportive and growing team in LE7. If you are a confident decision maker with experience inplanning and scheduling diaries/appointments of maintenance/insulation/construction industry then, this could be the role for you!The role:As a National Planner, you will take ownership of your branch and their geographic area, by effectively planning and scheduling new build insulation and solar panel installations.The successful National Planner will be responsible for the following duties: Liaise with Branch Managers to agree and set planned runs and identify any potential labour capacity restrictions Identify any labour restrictions or extended lead times and escalate them to the National Planning Manager Work closely with the Commercial and Estimating team to raise Production queries and ensure these are resolved within agreed timescales Respond to all internal communications from our clients via email or telephone within agreed business timescales Work closely alongside the Planning team members to assess labour capacity and redeploy as agreed by National Planning Manager Carry out outbound call activity to confirm planned installs and plan future appointments Liaise with subcontractors where necessary Raise and issue Customer Care cases and monitor until completion within clients agreed SLAThe ideal Candidate will:Demonstrate previous experience in planning and scheduling diaries/appointments within the industries of maintenance or insulation or construction. The ideal National Planner will thrive in a fast-paced working environment and be able to manage their time effectivelyand methodically as well as be able to instruct and liaise with their location Branch Manager. With this, you will be able to build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, internal staff members and the installers. The ideal candidate will showresilience and be able to think outside of the box, bringing their own initiative to the table to improve the planning/scheduling process.
