If you are a confidentand organised Administrator with excellent customer service skills, looking for part time hours then, this could be the role for you!The role:As a Customer Care Administrator, you will be responsible for the inbox of customer care related enquiries and queries, displaying excellent customer service skills as well as a methodical, organised approach to working.The successful Customer Care Administrator will be responsible for the following duties: Take ownership of the customer care inbox, liaising with customers, National Planners, and other internal members of staff regarding issues/enquiries raised Create jobs and accuracy update information on the internal database Raise issues/enquiries with Branch Managers where necessary regarding competition of job Save and upload competition paperwork onto the internal database Be methodical and organised in keeping lives notes on the database when dealing with live jobs/requests Assist the Planning team with any additional duties such as administration, overflow call log, system logs and database information updateThe ideal Candidate will:Demonstrate a vast amount of administration experience, including excellent IT skills including a previous CRM system knowledge, Microsoft Excel, and Word. The ideal customer care administrator will have outstanding work ethic, with the ability to prioritisetheir own workload and see through to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and have worked in an office based, fast paced environment. This role would be ideal for someone looking for school hours of 930am-230pm or parttime hours of 25 hours a week.
