Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to start a career in the insurance industry and join a leading insurance business at their office based in Rearsby, Leicestershire.Insurance experience isnt required, the key traits we are looking for here are a likeable personality and willingness to learn. The role will involve looking after small commercial SME contractors who are looking to setup insurance policies.As part of the sales and customer service team and managing your own portfolio of customers, this will be a predominantly telephone-based role where you deal with a mix of inbound calls and outbound calls, you will also deal with emails and online chat enquiries- there is no cold calling.Working hours are between 8:30 and 6pm, with start times / shifts being 8:30 - 5, 9-5:30, 9:30 - 6. The business work in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and from home on Monday and Friday - No evenings or weekends! There is also free on siteparking.Full training will be provided so we can consider applications from any candidate with customer service experience looking to work in an office environment; however, you will need to have a confident telephone manner.
