Part Time Credit Controller SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on a part time temporary basis to work in a busy finance team for a business based in North Leicester. Duties will include: - Send out statements within 3 working days on month end - Follow up all accounts and obtain payment promises prior to due date and log on credit control system - Liaise with Sales Administrator over unpaid SSP renewals - Liaise with Customer Services over pricing, delivery and installation queries and/or payment objections - Progress all overdue accounts according to company procedures through to legal action if necessary - Pro-actively chase debts before due dates - Ensure sales invoices have purchase orders where necessary - Check Iceland forward payments schedule to statement to establish any non-authorised invoices and follow up The successful candidate: - Excellent communication skills - Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines - Previous experience within Credit Control or Debt recovery - Professional approach with the ability to adapt This credit control position is working 2 to 3 mornings a week for a total of 8 hours and will be paying £11.28 per hour. The role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
