Job Description

Territory Development ManagerNorthern England£25,000 + car and bonusWe are partnered with leading company that have been through phenominal growth within the drinks category, with a portfolio of brands including the number one drink in the USA. Our EMEA operations are based in the UK and Ireland and in 2019, our sales forthe EMEA region were over 65 million cases.As a Territory Development Manager, you will report to the Country Business Manager and be responsible for acquiring new retail stockists in your defined geographical area. You will also support existing stockists with point-of-sale material and merchandising.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Direct market activation and promo execution in the market
  • Training and coaching of the distribution partner staff
  • POS distribution and management
  • Acquiring new independent retailers as per the profile defined
  • Distributing stock lines per outlet to the required mix
  • Distributing point of sale material and merchandising to existing stockists and new outlets as directed
  • Supporting the appointed distributor with promotional activity as agreed
  • Efficient administration of activity and compliance with company policy
  • Communicating good quality market information to the distributor
  • Completing activity reporting on time and submitting it as directed
  • Recording and reporting all activities in line with company policy
Requirements:

  • A diplomat and advocate who can persuade and win over distributor partners, internal/external customers, and industry contacts
