Job Description

Job Title - IFA Administrator Location - Yorkshire Salary - £30,000 (DOE) Plus a comprehensive Benefits package and Discretionary Bonus.Capio Recruitment is working with a respected Independent financial planning firm, with a strong presence in the North, London and South East. Due to continued growth, the firm has a requirement for and experienced IFA Administrator to join their robustteam.This position would suit an experienced IFA Administrator who is looking to build and develop within an influential financial planning practice, where training and development is encouraged and supported.Responsibilities:Working as part of a team, you will be expected to provided end to end support to the financial advisers and their HNW clients.

  • Accurately update and maintain information on the back-office system.
  • Liaising with providers to obtain fund values/unit prices/transaction statements.
  • Preparation of enclosure documents for suitability reports
  • Liaising with clients and providers
  • Preparation for client meetings within agreed timescales following the Companys.
  • Procedures to include all meeting pack documentation.
Required experience:
  • A strong level of technical and industry knowledge with a wide range of financial products and services
  • Confident using Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
