Service Manager-Extra Care - Temporary Vacancy Our client is a provider of social housing and based in North Yorkshire. Currently they are seeking an experienced Service Manager - Extra Care for a temporary position.The role is full time working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday. The role is a temporary position for 3 months and offering a competitive hourly rate.The role offers hybrid working between patch visits, home and office.Below is a summary of the duties:

Responsible for managing and monitoring all elements of extra care and sheltered housing performance
Provide leadership and strategic direction across organisational teams to ensure innovative, customer focused, cost effective services are designed, delivered, monitored and continually improved providing support and advice
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders and with the general housing teams to ensure consistency in approach to housing management.
Provide an effective housing management service to extra care & sheltered housing customers, including void management, allocations, ASB and wider tenancy management
Monitor team performance where appropriate and delivering all activities in line with organisational values
Continually review, develop and implement operational policies, procedures, standards and systems for the service areas to ensure compliance with current regulatory guidance
Lead the development of community and social activities for extra care & sheltered housing services

To be considered for the role candidates will need an up to date Basic DBS check and have access to a car with a clean driving license.
