Portfolio Change Manager - North Yorkshire - 3 Month ContractNorth Yorkshire£400 - £500 per day (inside IR35)My public sector client is looking to introduce a Portfolio Programme Management (PPM) Framework to better manage their programmes and projects across the organisation. This project will involve a review of the current structure and processes and implementation of the PPM Framework.You will have experience dealing with robust, senior stakeholders. You will also have experience in managing change at a high level and deriving Target Operating Models across a highly complex organisation.This role is currently a 3 month contract (inside IR35) and you will need to start ASAP. Although this role will initially be remote, being commutable to North Yorkshire will be advantageous. Required skills
