Job Description

A fast-paced Community Pharmacy branch is recruiting for a Pharmacist who is seeking a new challenge.A busy, fast-paced branch with easy access to the M18 and A1 and good transport links. There is an engaged and well-established support team already in place and a wide variety of services are currently on offer. With a large shop floor, there is plenty ofopportunity to increase over the counter and add-on sales.Currently dispensing around 10,000 items per month.As the pharmacist on site you will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager to deliver great service, stock control, operational and GPhC standards.Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:30 / Saturday 08:30 - 18:00Key Duties

Maintaining a professional and welcoming approach to all aspects of the role
To check prescription medicines to patients, checking the form, strength, dosage and ensuring that medicines are correctly and safely labelled and supplied
To abide by the GPhC code of ethics, observing and applying all professional, ethical and legal obligations
Build strong working relationships with colleagues and health care professionals
To keep up to date with current pharmacy practice, new drugs and their uses for the purpose of continuing professional development
