Job Description

Business Development Executive: Are you looking to develop your career further in an exciting B2B Sales roleDo you love fragrances and candles and would love to be involved in taking an exciting and growing brand into the retail marketWe are looking for an ambitious individual to take on the role of Business Development Executive to develop new business sales. You will be personable, energetic and build relationships with ease.Working alongside the Directors of the business, you will get a real accomplishment from seeing the brand grow by playing an integral role in winning new business.Whats on offer:* Salary - circa £25,000-£28,000 basic salary (potentially higher based on experience)* + Bonuses and £5,000 Car Allowance* Full-time / Permanent* Based: Mexborough, South Yorkshire* Exciting growth cultureAs a Business Development Executive, you will be comfortable marketing, approaching, and meeting with new customers in the retail market and be happy traveling in the UK to attend appointments. You will enjoy building new relationships and ensure their requirementsare met and exceeded.The role:* Keep customers informed about new products or services.* Understand customer requirements and close sales for new and existing products.* Go the "extra mile" to meet sales and profit quotas and facilitate future sales.* Contacting potential customers to inform them about a product or service.* Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.* Build strong relationships with all customers to further develop ongoing business.* Liaising with other Departments to meet the needs of the customer.A little about you:* Experience in a sales development role or similar sales/customer service role.* Track record of successfully meeting sales targets.* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.* Used to working in a fast-paced environment.* Well organised with excellent attention to detail and have a hands-on approach.Please apply with an updated CV or call us to discuss further.Key Appointments UK Ltd will assess your suitability for the role based on the information contained in your CV and application.
