Account Manager Global Logistics Specialist DoncasterAre you an Account Manager who works in the logistics and freight forwarded sector who has an eye for detail and is looking for a new challenge If the answer is yes then this global specialist is looking for two account managers to join their team in theDoncaster office.The aim of the role is to ensure the key customers receive the best in class service, manage their accounts and develop solid long term relationships, whilst exceeding the customer expectations. If this sounds like a role you feel you have what it takes then read on.The ideal candidates will have following skills and experience;- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities; Communicate with customers to obtain information to ensure correct measures are in place and all customer needs are met; Liaise with customers to ensure all documents are received within the designated time frame; Pro-actively place calls with customers, assisting them with any problems they may have providing advice on all ETAs, expected deliveries and any other requirements they may require in a professional manner; Be able to present and provide monthly presentations to Key Customer demonstration the performance against SLAs. Ability to manage the Customer Service team. Ensure all reports and KPIs are sent to the Customer in the timeline agreed on their SLA Ensure all deadlines are met in line with the SLA. Arrange monthly and quarterly review with Customer in line with criteria requested by Customer.
