Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated Senior Buyer to come and join our dynamic team at Rocialle Healthcare.An exciting new position within the Company, reporting directly to the Supply Manager, you will work at a senior level within the business.Key Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the analysis of material requirements, order planning and liaison with suppliers using ERP system (AX 2012) and Excel.
  • Leading Supplier performance management, evaluation and improvement
  • Stock turn and inventory management
  • Identification of cost savings and opportunities
  • Leading key projects in supplier development/improvement and re-sourcing
  • Identifying risks in supply chain, report and mitigate
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
  • Ensuring information in AX is correct and maintained
  • Ensuring MRP requirements are monitored and actioned
  • Managing changes within BOMs using CTO process
  • Resolving Invoice Queries and warehouse discrepancies on delivery
  • Providing forecasts to suppliers on future demand
  • Stopping/Obsolete Materials Management
  • Working in conjunction with Supply Manager on cost savings and projects
  • Managing KPI performance and data sharing
  • Updating trackers with supplier issues/performance
  • Ad hoc duties within the department
  • Attending trade shows/site visits where necessary
  • Supporting other departments activities where necessary
  • Deputising for the Supply Manager in key meetings
  • Supporting and developing other members of the purchasing team
