Job Description

Acorn by Synergie is looking for Production Operatives to work at one of thier well-established clients in the Mountain Ash area.Main Duties:* Assemble, install, and operate machines and products. Using written and verbal instructions, perform necessary tasks. * Inspecting, degating, removal of flash, cleaning, and performing finishing procedures. * Maintaining your work area in a clean and organized fashion. * Report any inefficient or unsafe conditions to management upon discovery of the conditions. * Complete all paperwork accurately as instructed by your manager. * Perform all work using safety equipment as instructed while obeying all safety rules and procedures. * Must be flexible when overtime is available Requirements: * Extensive experience in a similar role. * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and shop-order instructions. * Basic Maths and English required due to paperwork needing to being completedHours and pay rates:* Pay rates: £10.42 per hour + overtime paid x1.5* Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 08.30 - 5pm and Friday, 08.30 - 3.30pmOther information:This will be for starts in the new year, all applications will be called through in January.Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
