Job Description

What we needBackground in healthcare; essentially wound care, however desirable to have ostomy, continence, urology or pressure care. Experience of working in an environment with a vertically integrated DAC would also be advantageous.Management experience: demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales & marketing teams.Experience in Product Management; new product development, project management, product launches and lifecycle management.Experience in downstream marketing activities; market research, messaging development for all market channels, and sales enablement.Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective goals.Familiarity with the UK healthcare landscape, experienced in sales to acute and community care settings with sound knowledge of NHS & Private sector market access.Knowledge of relevant regulations, reimbursement systems for on & off script purchasing, and customer segments specific to the woundcare market.Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills; exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Strong presentation and negotiation skillsare essential.Willingness to travel regularly to HQ meetings, attend field visits, events, conferences, and meetings as required.
