Job Purpose:To provide 1st and 2nd line operational support across the business in managing the software systems and infrastructure underpinning its day-to-day operations and enabling the staff to carry out their roles. Maintain communication and a flexible approachto the role, demonstrating good organisation skills and building process documentation.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage, monitor, and maintain the IT estate, responding and managing to user requests through the Jira helpdesk and ensuring the availability of IT systems.QualitiesSelf-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise.Works with stakeholders to feedback/advise on solutions.Looking to challenge themselves and learn new skills.Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service.Education/Experience
