As a crucial component of the team, your role as a Sales and Marketing Executive will be pivotal in driving the companys growth and meeting sales targets. You will execute and support the companys sales and marketing strategies, making a significant impacton its success. Based in Mountain Ash.DescriptionAs a Sales and Marketing Executive you will play a crucial role within the business, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement sales and marketing activities under Business Development Managers direction
  • Provide general administration and sales support whilst updating CRM database.
  • Create, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns/ create social media content
  • Communicate directly with customers and develop relationships
  • Direct sales leads / Respond to correspondence and assist with post-market surveillance findings
  • Create presentations and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth
  • Organise exhibitions
  • Liaise with marketing for brand compliance
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of product and service portfolio
  • Carry out additional tasks as required by the business
ProfileAs a Sales and Marketing Executive you will have the following skills:
  • Marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in creating and managing campaigns, both digital and direct
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High integrity and dependability
  • Conscientious with a focus on attention to detail
  • Marketing / Business Degree (Desirable)
