Residential Health Assistant/Support Worker (Drivers Only)Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity with a company that work with varies companies including adults learning disabilities, children and young people, hostels, mental health and moreThen look no further!Pay rate: on average between £10.42 -£12.50 with separate holiday pay (PAYE - we DO NOT use umbrella companies)Your pay rate is dependent on the clients we work with, so we meet AWR (agency work regulations) - therefore we pay in line with the permanent employees if not more where possible therefore sometimes rates may be above £12.50**Please note we DO NOT offer sponsorship and you MUST have a minimum of 6 months, hands on, UK based care experience for us to be able to progress with your application**Required: due to the needs of our clients, you will need to bea driver to aid in taking individuals outOften your role will be supporting individuals within their residential home promote independence and aid with fulfilling life skills and house tasks in addition to helping engage within their local community. Tasks may differ on who you support howeverconsultants will be able to provide an overview of what you can expect.Depending on the service, you may be working alongside permanent staff or on a 1:1 basis to help deliver support to several individuals and deliver the highest standard of support.We require someone with strong communication skills as some of the individuals supported may use non-verbal communication.
