Job Description

Excellent role requiring Power BI knowledge, using DAX, Power Query, SQL and Excel.Client DetailsA trusted partner for high quality, medical and surgical products and services.Description

  • Knowledge of data warehousing, analytics, and data visualization best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, showing task prioritisation and ownership.
  • Self-motivated, analytical thinker who is good at problem-solving, identifying patterns,
  • and applying them.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with and combine multiple data sources to answer key business questions.
  • Identification and correction of data issues.
  • A team player processing support calls in-person, over the telephone, or via our ticketing system.
  • Engage with business users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
Profile
  • Previous BI support experience using Microsoft Power BI
  • Strong background in
  • Experience of using Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of Power BI including ETL in Power Query, data modelling and DAX for report development.
  • Experience of both on-premises and cloud BI deployments.
  • Great interpersonal skills and be able to work well with people at all levels across the business.
  • Ability with advanced MS SQL querying techniques.
  • Experience working with ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Experience in Warehouse Management Systems and Sales.
  • Strong personal initiative: ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver solutions.
