Job Description

Robert Half are excited to be partnering with a client based in Mountain Ash to recruit a Finance Business Partner.You will be a key member of the finance team responsible for driving financial analysis and strategy implementation across various functions within the organisation. You will collaborate with the team and provide actionable insights, financial guidance,and decision-making support to achieve business objectives and improve financial performance.Your role will involve partnering closely with the teams and contributing to financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and driving process improvement initiatives.They are offering a very competitive: salary to £50K to £60K (DOE) + bonus + private health cover!As the successful Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysis financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management.
  • Prepare financial models, forecast revenues, and contribute to the annual budgeting process.
  • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring financial performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of performance reports, trend analysis, and variance explanations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
The Role:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Experience of month end results production/oversight and analysis,
  • Progressive organisation and role,
  • Thrive in fast-paced ever-changing environment,
  • Intermediate to advanced user of Excel,
  • Permanent, full-time position.
