Job Description

ERP Support Analyst role requiring experience with MS Dynamics AX, SQL, Excel and Power BI.Client DetailsA trusted partner for high quality, medical and surgical products and services.Description

  • Experiencing supporting ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 for sales, purchasing, and finance.
  • A team player processing support calls in-person, over the telephone, or via our ticketing system.
  • Engage with business users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
  • Plan and undertake scheduled system testing and maintenance.
  • Experience working with SQL and competent working with Excel to extract data from databases.
  • Experience in Report Writing.
  • Evaluate ERP processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement.
  • Identification and correction of data issues.
  • Test Modifications / customisations prior to end user testing and acceptance.
  • Documentation and review of processes as required.
  • Oversee End User Testing.
  • Support IT KPI
Profile
  • Previous ERP support experience of using Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Business Central or similar cloud-based ERP systems.
  • Experience of using Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies is advantageous.
  • Great interpersonal skills and be able to work well with people at all levels across the business.
  • Self-motivated, analytical thinker who is good at problem-solving, identifying patterns, and applying them.
  • Ability with advanced MS SQL querying techniques.
  • Experience in BI platform Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience in Warehouse Management Systems.
