Job Description

Our established and growing client in Mountain Ash, are looking to recruit an experienced Business Account Executive to join them on a permanent basis.Putting the customer at the heart of the business, you will be the face of the business in all aspects of customer acquisition and customer service.You will be an external facing ambassador for a new divisional brand, and will have an organised, measured, and planned approach to growing customer value.Using an approach that will be personalised to each customer, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic and high performing sales growth delivery.Key Duties:

  • Customer prospect and acquisition nurturing & development.
  • Proactive outbound customer telesales/email contact to required target.
  • High level communication, delivered with the appropriate brand tone of voice.
  • Existing customer expansion, delivering sales and profits targets: demonstrate the ability to up-sell and cross sell, whist identifying buying signals and opportunities.
  • Customer account management: covering acquisition, follow up, on-boarding, sample management, customer service, invoice queries and first line service resolution/complaints.
  • Deliver against agreed KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates to the Commercial & Marketing stakeholders and strive to refine and continuously improve company offer.
  • Ensure a high level of product & service understanding, whilst always remaining professional and courteous.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience of using business systems such as ERP, sales ordering, eCommerce.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Confident self-starter who is happy to work on your own initiative.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Open to collaborative working and feedback.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, with the willingness and enthusiasm to develop.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience within Inbound & Outbound telesales in B2B environments.
  • Customer service management experience.
  • Proven track record of customer acquisition development.
Salary: up to £24,000 pa + commission of circa £2400 pa (paid quarterly)Location: Mountain AshHours: 37.5 hours per week: 9am - 5pmFree parking, Pension 5 & 5, Cycle to work scheme, Comprehensive EAP, Plenty of perks (free celebrations throughout the year, various recognition schemes and awards).
