The JobAn exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join thebigword family based in Leeds.thebigword are looking for somebody to join our fast moving Linguist Recruitment team as a Recruitment Coordinator, helping resource freelance linguists across the globe to carry out interpreting and translation assignments for a variety of clients. This role requires somebody who can handle multiple requirements in a fast and efficient manner.What we need from youKey Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator role include:· Research & recommend solutions (as required) to ensure the most cost effective & high quality linguists are available· Engage with existing linguists in the first instance & only recruiting when this option is not possible· Deal with Linguist queries, complaints & analyse root cause to implement solutions & corrective actions.· Full accountability of delivering recruitment campaigns within the agreed time, cost & gross margin· Respond to social media/ Linguist feedback and mailbox queries within 24 hours· Assess, monitor & negotiate with existing & prospective linguists in accordance with Linguist Recruitment policies & processes· Monitor, Maintain & develop a database of linguists to improve gross margin, utilisation & quality· Utilise & develop the full range of potential routes to market to attract new linguists, engage existing linguists & in turn improve gross margin, quality & utilisation· Maintain & develop a positive & constructive image with the company, linguist community & develop positive relationships· Support with strategic projects where necessary Reporting on daily activities to Line Manager· Achieve KPIs set by your Line Manager.Key Knowledge skills and experience required:Essential requirements· Call centre or office experience· High level of IT literacy· Excellent telephone manner/customer service skills· Negotiation experience· Pro-active & self-motivated with a can do attitude· Target drivenDesirable requirements· Experience within a recruitment environment· Understanding of social mediaThe CompanyThebigword makes the world a smaller place by breaking down language barriers, supporting global trade and helping people access goods, commerce and services in their own languages.Founded in 1980, we provide the best translation, interpretation, localisation and language technology solutions - handling up to 50,000 worldwide assignments every day.
