Job Description

The JobAn exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Compliance & Complaints Coordinator to join thebigword family based in Leeds. Initially this role will be remote working (must be UK based).The Compliance & Complaints Team is is part of the wider Quality team, whose responsibility, is to manage the quality of the services that thebigword deliver.As Compliance & Complaints Coordinator, you will be responsible for resolving linguist and client queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, whilst improving the service and maintaining our systems in line with the linguist and client expectations, as well as business needs.What we need from youKey Responsibilities of the Compliance & Complaints Coordinator role include:

  • Achieve KPIs set by your Line Manager.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, adhering to the instructions provided.
  • Carry out administration tasks including the maintenance of our linguist database and client database where necessary.
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with our clients and throughout the business.
  • Be a central point of contact, ensuring timely resolution of all linguist and client queries.
  • Support with strategic projects where necessary.
  • Monitor the performance of the service and identify any trends and their root causes.
