Job Description

Role: Office AdministratorSalary: £20k to £23k depending upon experienceContract: PermanentHours: Full timeREED are currently working with a client who has had an extended period of growth over the last 12 months is looking to add an experienced Office Administrator to the team. The role will be to provide full office support to both the directors and the field based teams.The role will involve:

  • Answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner being first point of contact for the clients.
  • Oversee mailroom functionalities, incoming mail and distribution as well as preparation/sending of outgoing mail.
  • Demonstrate excellent client service and be a front facing ambassador for the firm.
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organisation.
  • Uploading invoices into the system
  • Raising PO numbers.
  • Provide refreshments for meetings.
  • Input and update client records.
  • Stock management and ordering Materials.
  • Supporting directors by booking travel and accommodation.
  • Ordering office stationery.
  • Completing ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • About you:
  • Experience as an office administrator or similar role.
  • Committed, flexible, team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Good Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Computer literate and competent with Microsoft programmes.
