Job Description

The JobAn exciting opportunity has become available for four talented Bilingual Recruitment Resourcers to join thebigword family based in Leeds. This position will initially be working from home, however, must be commutable to the Leeds office.Our Recruitment team is responsible for forging relationships with our contractors that align to our company. We ensure that the best individuals are recruited for our projects, onboarded efficiently and we then work closely with them to ensure they can perform their role to the best of their ability.The Recruitment team is responsible for a number of existing client requirements as well as new opportunities sitting with our International Sales Teams.What we need from youKey Responsibilities of the Bilingual Recruitment Resourcer role include:

  • Sourcing and Recruiting for candidates using innovative ideas and outside of the box thinking to draw candidates to apply
  • Responsibility for ensuring the compliance of the candidates you recruit and onboard
  • Creating and posting adverts across social media and job sites
  • Ability to successfully source for multiple clients and high volumes
  • Conducting regular language assessments virtually with candidates and a language assessor
  • Carrying out detailed interviews virtually with interpreters daily
  • Participating in project update meetings with stakeholders across the business
  • Researching the most effective recruitment solutions for several key countries around the world
  • Providing reports of your Recruitment activity and challenges to your Line Manager on a weekly basis
  • Recruiting globally.
    • Key Knowledge skills and experience required:Essential requirements
  • One of the following languages spoken and written to working proficiency level:
    • o Romanian,o Polish,o Spanish,o Bulgarian,o Albanian oro Slovak
  • Experience working as a Recruiter or Recruitment Co-ordinator
  • Experience of a fast paced, environment, working to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Hands on experience of interviewing candidates
  • Be organised and have great attention to detail
  • Must be confident in utilising all social media for Recruitment purposes and creating innovative and inviting ads, blogs etc.
