Job Description

Reed Further Education is a leading recruitment agency that specialises in finding and placing qualified and experienced lecturers in colleges across the UK. We are currently registering Electrical Installation Lecturers to work on a Part time temporarybasis at college in Birmingham that offers a range of courses from Level 1 to Level 3.If you are passionate about teaching and have relevant industry experience, we would love to hear from you.As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire learners, as well as assessing their progress and providing feedback. You will also be expected to follow the colleges policies andprocedures, and contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.To be eligible for this role, you must have

  • a recognised teaching qualification (such as PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent),
  • a subject-specific qualification (such as NVQ, HNC, HND or degree),
  • a current DBS check. or willing to obtain one
You must also have recent experience of teaching Electrical Installation in a further education setting, and be familiar with the relevant awarding body standards and specifications.The benefits of working with Reed Further Education include:
