Job Description

Counted recruitment are currently recruiting an Assistant Accountant for a great service business based in Longbridge. The role will see you play a crucial part in a large finance team.Main duties of this Assistant Accountant role include:

Calculate monthly accruals and prepayments for rates, service charge, insurance, etc
Prepare a period end review commenting on variances to budget and forecast
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Maintain the Cashflow forecast file
Complete client statement reconciliations
Collate and review service charge annual budgets and reconciliations from managing agents
Respond to queries from landlords and internal stakeholders

This Assistant Accountant role will see you be a part of a large service business based in their Longbridge office. This is a fantastic chance to be a part of a listed PLC.The ideal candidate will have previous experience reconciling balance sheet accounts and client statements, be able to work to tight deadlines and have property accounts experience.
