Job Description

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGERWe are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team based in the beautiful Derbyshire Countryside.   • The management of all of our social media channels from content creation to fan growth strategy. This requires an always on attitude and ownership across all channels.
  • The creation of engaging marketing campaigns
  • Ownership of the digital marketing calendar
  • Copywriting across all digital channels
  • Creation of engaging graphic and copy content for use across digital advertising
  • Creation of brand partnerships to maximise digital exposure and data capture and report on their success
  • Shared ownership of the VIP strategy and our the Company App
  • Liaison with the Studio Photographer to create engaging imagery in house
  • Liaison with the Global Brand Director to create campaign imagery where required
  • Maximising existing creative assets for digital usage
  • Creating engaging graphic content across all digital channels
  • Developing and managing key partnerships across bloggers, online media and celebrity
  • Budgetary management
  • Providing ideas for growth strategies as part of the Brand and E-Commerce Team
  • Keeping abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends, implementing these where agreed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Experience in the luxury fashion industry
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing and growing international digital marketing channels
  • Ability to manage agencies to deliver against goals
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of digital analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Problem solving approach
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and the best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Photoshop and/or graphic design skills essential
